Ajay Sureka has over 10 years of rich and varied experience in diverse areas of corporate finance and investment banking services including business valuations and corporate restructuring across various industries such as Healthcare, retail, Infrastructure FMCG, metals, industrial products, textiles, etc.

Over years he has led various assignments across industries and across functions such as acquisition advisory, raising private equity, conducting business & brand valuations, business reviews, joint venture partner search, market entry strategy, regulatory approvals, feasibility studies, etc.

Santosh Rungta has over 33 years of experience in the field of financial planning, business restructuring, rehabilitation and revival of sick units, mergers & acquisitions, development of internal control systems, project management, an expert in corporate law and income tax matters, empanelled with Comptroller & Auditor General of India and Reserve Bank of India and have conducted various special audits.

Pradeep Agarwal has over 12 years of experience in the field of investment banking and corporate finance. He has long standing experience in dealing with venture capitalists and private equity funds. He has advised many corporates on raising private equity and designing exit mechanisms for investors.

Pradeep is a B. Tech (Hons) and also did his Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from one of the premiere institutes of the country.
