Synopsis of some of our recent case studies are as under:

Healthcare Sector – M&A - Sale of a Multi Specialty Hospital (175 beds) – Rendered complete solution relating to sale advisory including valuation, identification of a potential buyer, negotiation, transaction structuring and successful deal closure. The deal size was one of the largest in health care sector in the eastern region. The hospital unit was taken over by one of the largest private player in the healthcare sector in the Eastern Region. The deal was closed within 45 days from the date of signing of MOU.

Retail Sector – Corporate Structuring and Fund Raising- Launch of Retail Chain Store Across India for selling fashion leather accessories for both men and women– The assignment is being structured in various stages starting from corporate structuring, preparation of business plan, preparation of information memorandum for placement of equity with PE/VC, Mobilizing Private Equity/Venture Capital Fund etc.

Infrastructure Sector –Debt Syndication of around Rs.100 Cr- By way of securitization of future rent receivables for a 750 Cr group from one of the larges nationalized commercial bank of India.

Engineering Sector – Coil Spring – Buy side advisory to one of the major player in Iron & Steel Sector in Easter Region– the mandate include negotiation for buying out entire manufacturing facility spread across three locations in the country. The annual turnover of the target is around Rs.100 Cr.
